Warranty
All Echopark® Guitars are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship under normal use.

• Electronics, parts, and original hardware are also covered under our lifetime warranty, valid only for the original certificate holder.
• All warranty-related service, repairs, or part replacements must be performed by an authorized technician or at Echopark Guitars.
• Shipping costs associated with warranty work are the customer’s responsibility.
• All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. Echopark® Guitars reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all warranty claims before authorizing service or replacement.

Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the level of customization and detail. We’ll discuss timing and expectations with you upon placing your order.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all Custom and Case Study instruments.

Cancellations
Deposits for Custom or Case Study instruments are non-refundable after 90 days from the order date if canceled.
